One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its excellent location near the subway station and the pedestrian street. It is also conveniently located near food stores, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to the wholesale market, which is perfect for those looking to do some shopping. Lastly, guests staying on the higher floors can enjoy a fantastic view from their rooms.

Although there was one minor issue, overall everything was satisfactory.

Good, and fair accommodation. Near to amenities, and stone-throw away from Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street. Nice big rooms, and good view of Pearl River.

The location is great and the rooms are clean,its cheap and really value for the money you pay.

Some of the rooms doesn't have enternet,some smell,if you lucky then you can get the good one or can ask to change the room for you,the wesite says that they have gym and swimming pool but actually its out of stuff and they just saying that its in repair.

Great location near popular shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. The free internet was a bonus.

Slow check-in and check-out process. Elevators were inadequate and resulted in long waits.

Night shift Front Desk work very very slow and difficult to communicate in English

The hotel lobay, enterance and cooldoors are very poor, the staff and housekeeping can not speak english. No services at all, it looks like apartment with no room services except cleaning.

The rooms, although basic, are spacious and clean, with attention to detail. The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city.

stayed 12 days their the advantage It is located on Beijing Road,but there are a lot of apartments are not affiliated with the hotel management

Broken phone stay three days without internet, broken stove, does not have a kitchen pots, when you check out you must know that it takes more than an hour to complete the procedures becuase they looks do not know what to do, the receptionist have weak English language

Booked 2 rooms with twin beds. Requested Non-smoking, but the whole floor smells it anyhow. There was a cockroach crawling on the ceiling. The shower was not clean at all and smelled. The hotel could'nt provide us soap as they ran out of it. Bed are very hard! 4 Stars hotel...i would classify it a 2 stars!

The beds are comfortable and clean, with great quality bed linen. The room stays warm even in winter weather. The location is incredible, close to everything and near a subway station. The hotel staff was helpful and went out of their way to assist with any issues.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Basically the room is ok even a little bit smell. However it's suitable in term of price and location. Good for shopping and travel in city since it's can walk to Metro.

The place not far from Beijing shopping street road, actually it doesn't have it's own building, but share the place with plaza, that's make it's quit hard to find, Cleaness in walk way not much since it's old building, I go with my friend but we make reservation separately on Booked.net, We both get same comfirmation, but my friend didn't have room reservation when we check-in. They don't explain why since their english is not good, but finally they find the room for us.

This hotel was satisfactory and had no major issues.

We had a triple room. The room was spacious. The bathroom had a cupboard and shelves. We could store our belongings on the shelves thus our bedroom was tidy.

The room was not so clean, especially the bathroom. Since we were on holiday, we woke up late, however the housemaid knocked at the door and we told her to come later. After 30 minutes, she knocked again and seem in a hurry to clean the room. So we let her in, she just cleaned the bathroom and left without making our bed.

They turn electricity off all hotel , building 36 level.Not answering calls by reception from outside hotel nor from rooms. No concierge to help in baggages.Kitchent Not working & no plates or spoons ......nothing
